Results: A 35% increase in new followers, a 1,100% boost in post engagements, an 11% CTR, 150,000 video views, over 190,000 organic impressions, and a demographic shift outside the company’s core industries.

Overview: Glen Raven had an archive of employee photographs they wanted to use to highlight their global presence, employee diversity, and to highligh important announcements. This campaign involved themed still image collages that showcase the company’s culture and its people.
Results: An 18% increase in new followers on top of the previous campaign, a 250% boost in post engagements, a 7% CTR, 85,000 post views, over 100,000 organic impressions, and a geographic shift in follower demographics encompassing the Eastern Seaboard and Mumbai, India.

At Glen Raven we're all in on doing it right, and that includes celebrating and engaging with our community. While the weather outside was frightful, our team members brought the warmth and holiday cheer to campus in support of a great cause. We were honored to host a fundraiser for CrossRoads, a Burlington-based non-profit serving child and adult survivors of sexual assault, abuse, and human trafficking. Our associates engaged in a chili cook-off and bake sale, with all proceeds and a corporate match going to CrossRoads. Each team was also given a booth to decorate with a holiday theme, and my goodness did they deliver! Their dedication to the food, fun, festivities and charity exemplify our heart for people.
